In addition to being a senior visiting staff in MinSheng Hospital, Dr. Chi ever held CIO of MinSheng Healthcare, and the VP of ShareHope Medicine Co. Ltd. and Smart-care Inc. before.

As a physician entrepreneur in Taiwan healthcare business, Dr. Chi established the teleradiology firm (RadEx) in 2007 and the breast imaging center (NBIC Clinic) for breast cancer screening in 2010. Since then, Dr. Chi is continually providing teleradiology, telemammography, 2nd opinion, and medical consultation for the Taiwan healthcare market.

Dr. Chi is board certified, specializing in mammography and the early detection of breast cancer. He is also an expert in the diagnosis of breast disease with ultrasound and MRI.
